I sure do!—I am always being asked about cooking schools. The best source is Shaw Guides' The Guide to Cooking Schools which comes out annually and includes listings for professional and recreational classes in the US and Europe. You can find it at any bookstore or look through their listings online at Shaw Guides. They also list cooking tours.
Of course, if you'll be in Provence you'll want to consider Patricia Wells' week-long cooking courses in her restored farmhouse. The restaurant critic for the International Herald Tribune has authored five bestsellers on Paris, France and French cooking. Then there's La Varenne in Burgundy, where author Anne Willan of PBS series fame teaches, and of course the famed Cordon Bleu in Paris offers day courses along with its professional program. These are only a few suggestions but shawguides.com has loads more, particularly day courses and smaller schools, as well as complete listings for Napa and the rest of the United States.
