You did not say if you wanted alcoholic punch or not. I'm guessing not, if served with cake. This is good and easy to tint green. Ginger Lime Punch 2 6-oz cans frozen limeade concentrate, 1 6-oz can lemonade concentrate, 1 t. chopped candied ginger, 1 lg. bottle ginger ale, chilled. Pour concentrates into punch bowl, stir in candied ginger. Chill 2 hours or longer. Add 6 c. cold water. Pour ginger ale down side of bowl. Garnish with lime slices. You could make a ice ring tinted green or clear with lime slices, or maybe mint leaves.St. Patrick's Swirl Cake1 Pkg. white cake mix1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1/2 c. buttermilk1/2 c. veg. oil4 eggs1 t. vanilla extract1/2 c. chocolate syrup1/4 c. creme de menthe1/3 c. sugar1 c. semisweet chocolate mini chips3 T. marshmellow creamCombine first 6 ingredients and 1/4 c. water in large mixing bowl. beating for 2 minutes. combine chocolate syrup with 1 1/2 cups of batter in separate bowl. Add creme de menthe to remaining batter. Pour mint batter into well-greased and floured bundt pan. Pour chocolate batter evenly over top; do not stir. Bake at 350* for 50 to 55 min. Cool for 10 min. and remove from pan, cooling completly. Combine sugar and 3 T. of water in saucepan. Bring to boil, remove from heat. Add mini chips stirring until melted. Stir in marshmello cream. Add 1-2 T. hot water, 1 t. at a time until desired consistancy. Pour glaze over cooled cake. This is a very pretty cake when sliced. Good luck with your event. Mine is the posted cocktail party. E-mail me if you want a alcholic punch. Ginger
