Help!

I have searched everywhere to no avail....I need to find a consistant supply of mullet bulargo (I'm not even sure of the spelling) It was described to me as cured fish eggs..available in 4 oz. increments.

One of my customers needs this for one of their new menu items asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated
