Just noticed the Union Square Cafe Goat Cheese, Haricots Vert and Beet salad which is WONDERFUL should say 1/4 cup of goat cheese and serves 4.

The recipe lists 1/4 cup goat cheese as the ingredient.
It also states that it is "adapted" from the Union Square Cafe cookbook.
Thanks for the "serves 4" addition.
