I received a free Bread machine and do not have a clue how to use it, the one loaf I tried came out looking and feeling like a rock. It is a toastmaster platnium bread box. Model #1156s. I woulod beforever greatful if anyone could help me. [

Thanks I already have her book, and read it, you are very nice to respond so quickly, but sadly I am a chef, just technically challenged, especially when it does not come with directions. I do not know what I did before I loaded a navigator system in my cell phone because I can not find my way out of a paper bag with directions. So if anyone can walk me through this painful process that would be great, otherwise look out for a fairly new bread machine up on Ebay from Cambridge MA.
