Recipes of spanish tapas

Hi! I would like to share some recipes of Spanish tapas!
Here comes mine:
Ingredients for 4 tapas:
Slices of smoked salmon
Spring onion
Chatka
Mayonnaise
Perrins Sauce
Tabasco
Herring eggs
Olive oil "Extra Virgen"
Salmon roll
Preparation:
1.- Chop the spring onion and mix it with mayonnaise.
2.- Season it and add Perrins and Tabasco sauces.
3.- Cut salmon slices into rectangles of 2 x 4 cm and fill them with the previous mix.
Presentation
1.- Put the roll standin on a plate and top it with the herring eggs
2.- Finish it with some drops of olive oil.
(It can also be presentated on a bread toast)
