Of course you can use olive oil to fry chicken. You can also use canola or any other oil. Which oil you choose depends on budget, taste preferences or health concerns.

I recently bought some sesame oil to use in a new salad dressing recipe I was making and I fell in love.  Cooking with sesame oil (as opposed to olive or canola oil) adds just a hint of sesame flavor to your food.  I think chicken cooked in sesame oil is especially tasty!

My mother is a huge Olive Oil advocate. She has rubbed off on me and now Olive Oil is one of my main staples in cooking. I'm a firm believer in its health benefits and I enjoy the taste! Try it, you will be happy you did Smiley
