Can I fry with Olive Oil?

Being a beginner in using olive oil I wonder can I fry chicken etc. in olive oil?

Of course you can use olive oil to fry chicken. You can also use canola or any other oil. Which oil you choose depends on budget, taste preferences or health concerns.

I recently bought some sesame oil to use in a new salad dressing recipe I was making and I fell in love.  Cooking with sesame oil (as opposed to olive or canola oil) adds just a hint of sesame flavor to your food.  I think chicken cooked in sesame oil is especially tasty!
