replacements for steamers in lids

I'm trying to find the replacement steamers in my lids. I purchased these pots back in the sixties and they are still good as new. the adjustible knob in the top of the lids broke or was lost in a move. Prudential Ware is printed on the handles. Can anyone please help me?
