B IS FOR BUTTERNUT SQUASH

My son and I are attempting a culinary challenge - to munch our way through the a to Z of vegetables. The aim is to inspire him to be less fussy and learn to love veg rather than being scared!
We are at B for Butternut Squash but need more good recipes.

Try roasting butternut squash with Chinese 5-Spice and butter on top. Gives it a gingery zing.

I love it! I've been called a picky eater but I really don't think so.. lol! I love the idea and will have to try it. I should write down my A-Z veggies!
