Hey Sallsa. Hopefully this recipe using tuna and salsa will help.
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna with salsa (SAFCOL Gourmet on the Go Tomato Salsa Tuna recommended)
- 2 avocados
- 1 small onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 1 lemon
Instructions
1. Medium chop onion, cilantro and jalapeno.
2. Remove seeds and scoop out avocado from skin.
3. Combine onion, cilantro, jalapeno and avocado, mix well.
4. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice into the avocado mixture, add salt and pepper for taste.
5. Serve avocado mixture in a bowl or martini glass, top with tuna and salsa.
