Hi there!
I'm Rupert from munich and love everything about eating well, drinking well, cooking, and discussing about it with friends who share the same passion.
I like a good wine but also beer, meat as well as vegetarian cooking, i'm open to various types of cuisines, even if I have some preferences to the mediterranen diet, especially the Italian one ...

In 1983 I purchased a complete set of coockware (Ultra Fase) from Ekco Home Products. I am interested on getting replacements of handles for pots and pans. knobs for some  covers. as well as the steam valves.  Please inform me where I could buy them.

Thank you

Margie

You don't need the manual if you read the excellent instructions at the following website about using a bread machine when you don't have the manual. It even includes great recipes. And you can find many more recipes if you search online. That's what I did, and I've been making bread ever since. It's easy. By the way, the Chefmate 725k holds 16 cups of water which means that it should make a 2.5 lb loaf of bread.

It was floating? How strange... Maybe it wasn't heavy enough? I agree you can wrap rocks in foil then place it on top of a plate or lid to keep the turkey from floating.

lol! I don't think I could... What about the Weasel Coffee: This Coffee is first eaten by Weasels which then regurgitate it, no one knows why they do this but it is then collected by locals in remote forest areas and then cleaned and roasted. Yuck!

Hi - Does anyone have any idea how to get a hold of care instructions ?  I can't find mine and want to know how to care for the cookware set that has a copper bottom.  I also would like to know what temperature the cookware can withstand in the oven ?  Lids included
