My marshmallows contain no preservatives so their shelf life is about two to three months. I make the marshmallows in twenty flavors. If you buy marshmallows from me or make your own, you will not want store bought marshmallows again. The texture is totally different. They are so soft. And there is actually some flavor even if it is just vanilla.

It's simple. But very filling and hardy.


2 lbs. ground meat
2 cans of refried beans
2 packs of taco seasoning
2 packs of cornbread mix
2 cans of whole kernel corn
2 blocks of cheddar cheese grated
Diced bell pepper (optional)
Diced onion (optional)


Brown ground meat and then add in taco seasonings. Spread meat in large baking dish, 11 x 15 approx. Then spread the refried beans on top  of meat. In a bowl, mix corn bread according to package directions. Add in drained corn, diced bell peppers and diced onions. Add in half of the grated cheese. Mix and pour over refried beans. Bake according to corn bread directions. Add some cheese on top to melt. When done, cut to your portion size Wink and top with chili, cheese, sour cream, if you like.

Howdy Y'All, I am Dawn.  Grin Good to be here! I am married and we have two kiddos. We are Houston Astro's fans. Love drag racing our car at a track, not street. I have been lovin cookin since I was about 6. I am 40 now. I have been to the cooking with kids site. I will start my little ones on cooking with that site. I'll let you know how that turns out.
