What is your must have appliance? Something you use everyday or it just comes in handy.

It has to be my hand blender. I use it for soups, sauces, mashing veg, cream, scrambled eggs and then then the chopping attachment for onions, garlic and herbs. It is so small and easy to clean that it is used all the time.
