I know you requested this a long time ago, but here's the recipe:
Basil
Bean Sprouts
Rice Vermicelli
Shrimp
Spring Roll wrappers
steam the shrimp and vermicelli until cooked
dampen the spring roll wrappers and add basil, shrimp, bean sprouts, rice vermicelli and roll up.
I'm still working on the dipping sauce but I believe it is some type of fish sauce, with sugar and peanut oil.

hi I know this post has been up for a long time now, I came across it and I guess I can help you out. well the ingredents for nim chow is made of rice spring roll wrap, rice vermicelli, shimp, pork(optional), shredded lettuce, basil leaf, and bean sprout. there is two different dipping sauce, they're both peanut sauce, the one people are most common with is the sweet one, which is made with caramelize sugar water added and a little fish sauce with fine chop peanuts. the other on is a dark sauce i'm not sure what it's made with it also has peanuts in it though.
