It is America's best-selling version of this particular varietal.

What white caused all the excitement in my class, being voted Best Buy of the course? Here it is.

1997 Gewürztraminer, Fetzer Vineyards
Grape Sources: Chiefly Monterey and Mendocino counties.
Other varietals: 15% Muscat, giving a pleasing floral boost to the aroma and flavors.
Acid-Sugar Balance: A high 0.75% acid pairs nicely with the 3% sugar...it's not too tart or too sweet.
