About the Author
Nick Mautone runs a food management and consulting company and is a regular contributor to Condé Nast's Cargo magazine, where he writes about home entertaining. Previously he managed a series of restaurants including New York's Gotham Bar and Grill and Gramercy Tavern. Mautone has been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, and on the CBS Early Show. He lives in New York with his wife and daughter.
