Dill Shrimp Crostini

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Bake Time: 8 minutes
Makes: 36

 

36 slices party rye bread
1/4 cup honey mustard
1 package (8 ounces) sliced dill Havarti cheese
36 medium shelled and deveined shrimp,
     thawed if frozen and tails removed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place bread on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to crisp.

2. Spread one side of each bread slice with honey mustard. Cut the cheese slices into 2-inch squares and place on bread. Top each with 1 shrimp. Sprinkle with chives and dill. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
