Marcie Ver Ploeg grew up on an Iowa farm where living off the land was a way of life. As founder and partner of VP Communications in Pittsford, NY, she offers food clients a broad spectrum of marketing services. Besides co-authoring this cookbook, she has also written two other cookbooks.
