Yield: This recipe makes about 3/4 cup. (That's enough for 4 to 6 servings of salad.)
Time: It takes about 10 minutes to make, start to finish.
You will also need:
Measuring spoons
Cutting board and a small, sharp knife for the garlic
Small jar with a lid that fits tightly
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (cut in tiny pieces)
1. Put into a jar:
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
2. Put the top on tightly.
Shake!
3. Shake it again before you put it on the salad.
Note: Apple Juice Vinaigrette keeps for months in a tightly-covered jar in the refrigerator.
