Lemon Pepper Marinade

Makes about 2/3 cup

  • 2/3 cup bottled steak sauce
  • 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper

In small nonmetal bowl, combine steak sauce, lemon peel and pepper. Use to marinate beef, fish steaks, poultry or pork for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
