Snap Peas
 

Blanched Snap Peas

 

Next to eating them raw, this is the easiest and best way to enjoy them.

  • Lots of water
  • Snap peas, about 10 per person, strings removed
Preparation
  1. Bring the water to a hard boil.
  2. Drop the peas in and stir.
  3. Let them boil for a minute or two—just until they lose their raw taste.
  4. Drain and serve.
