Spicy Pomegranate Relish

Makes 1-1/2 cups

 

Seeds from 2 medium pomegranates, about 1-1/2 cups
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1-1/2 tablespoons finely chopped, green jalapeño pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Gently fold together pomegranate seeds and remaining ingredients.
