About the Authors

Peter Wynne is the author of two previous cookbooks, Apples: History, Folklore, Horticulture, and Gastronomy (Hawthorn) and Feed Your Family Right: Great Grains (Fireside). He is also a longtime newspaper journalist with a specialty in the arts. He currendy lives in Pennsylvania.

Tina Rupp is a New York-based photographer. Her work is featured regularly in Food and Wine, Everyday with Rachel Ray, and Parenting magazines.
