Always place the lid securely on the blender before processing. If the recipe contains more than five ice cubes, follow the instructions on page 274 of the book, according to whether you have an Ice Crush setting. If the recipe does not contain more than five ice cubes, blend on Low for 30 seconds. Gradually (if possible) increase speed to High and blend for an additional 30 seconds or until smooth.
1 cup (250 mL) chocolate milk
1 cup (250 mL) frozen pitted cherries
1/2 cup (125 mL) chocolate frozen yogurt
(see recipe on page 292 of the book)
In blender, combine chocolate milk, cherries and frozen yogurt. Process as directed until smooth.
TIP
You can substitute 6 frozen chocolate milk cubes for the frozen yogurt in this smoothie.
