The Signature Mill features the three-step adjustment ring, an attribute unique to William Bounds mills that allows for precise milling of coarse, medium or fine grinds. Since there are no interlocking metal teeth to jam or wear out, the William Bounds ceramic mechanism is more durable.
A white marking on the top of the mill allows for easy recognition of the salt mill and differentiates it from pepper.
Modeled after the classic Shake n' Twist design originated by William Bounds, the HM Signature Mill measures 8.5 inches tall and is available for a suggested retail price of $70 for the set.
The Coarse Sea Salt 20-oz. gift bottle has a suggested retail price of $15. The Five Pepper Blend is a combination of white, black, red & green peppercorns with allspice for added flavor. The 12-oz. gift bottle has a suggested retail price of $20.
