With its curved glass body of high-quality Schott glass that showcases water when it boils, the Capresso H2O Classic Water Kettle now offers easier handling and a contemporary design with an oversized curved safety handle and chrome plated domed lid.

It combines high-tech visual appeal with convenience, speed, safety and energy savings. It frees up the stovetop in the kitchen, and it's also designed for preparing tea, instant soup and other hot beverages in the den, dorm or office. The large arched polypropylene handle, in black and chrome, has a slip-free plastic on its underside to provide a firmer grip. There is a concealed heating element under a stainless steel dome on the base of the kettle, which boils water faster and uses less energy than stovetop kettles. The kettle has a 6-cup (48 ounce) capacity. Safety features include a hinged lid and automatic safety shut-off systems. The kettle itself is cordless and can be easily lifted from the 360-degree universal power base, designed for either right or left-handed operation.
