December 2002 Gourmet Guess Contest Prize

Messermeister

The design of the Messermeister Cheese Knife makes cutting soft, creamy cheeses easier and neater. The blade's skeletal structure creates an air pocket between the food and the knife, enabling the blade to cleanly cut through the soft cheese without sticking. It can also be used to cut and slice other soft foods such as cheesecake, angel food cake and tomatoes. The sharp edge of the Cheese Knife also works well with dense and firm-to-the-touch cheese.

The Messermeister Cheese Knife has a five-inch long stainless steel blade with a forked tip for picking up food once cut. This versatile knife is available with a black, blue, red or white polyhandle. Suggested retail price $24.00.
