Cocktail Recipe

Champagne Punch

 
  • Ice blocks
  • Juice from 12 lemons
  • Sugar to taste (preferably superfine)
  • 16 ounces brandy
  • 8 ounces curacao
  • 16 ounces soda water
  • 2 bottles champagne
  • Fruit slices

Chill all ingredients. Place ice blocks in punch bowls. Mix lemon juice with sugar to taste. Pour into punchbowl with brandy and curacao. Let chill. Add soda water and champagne just before serving. Float fruit slices in the bowl.

Yield: 30 servings.
