Ingredients:

12 oz cans vegetarian baked beans |

cup maple-flavored syrup |

cup onion, chopped |
| 1/4 |
cup catsup |

Tbsp prepared mustard |
| 1/4 |
cup lowfat white cheddar cheese, shredded (optional) |

Preheat oven to 350 degress F.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased casserole and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or longer. |

Sprinkle cheddar (optional) on top for the last ten minutes of baking. Serve warm. |
