Deluxe Weight Watchers Light and Tasty CD ROM
Cook Delicious, Healthy Meals
by Steve Holzinger, a.k.a. The Prof
Last summer I thought I was doing pretty well. I wasn't losing any weight, but I wasn't gaining any either. I was taking all the magic bullets—salmon twice a week to reduce the risk of heart attack, this vitamin, that herb, a whole big stack of them at breakfast. I had cut way back. For example, my normal everyday breakfast of two eggs, four slices of thick bacon, sausage and buttered toast, and two cups of coffee was cut to only one egg, four slices of thick bacon, no sausage, dry toast and two coffees. I was really doing great, until October, when I had a heart attack. At first, I was in denial. It then began to dawn on me that I needed a reality check. My blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol were way too high, I was overweight, and I was just eating too much of too many of the wrong things. Does this sound like anyone you know?
I realized that I had to do much better for myself. It has not been easy, and certainly, there is a long way to go, but with some help, I am moving in a positive direction. Having the right tools is a big help. I would like to suggest one powerful tool to you: The Deluxe Weight Watchers Light and Tasty CD-ROM.
