Ingredients:
2 Garlic cloves
1 lb. Portobella mushrooms
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Peel and halve the garlic. Remove the stems of the mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms under running water and completely dry with paper towels. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Remove the garlic. Reduce the heat and cook the mushrooms, stirring gently, for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. When done, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
