Ingredients:
1-3/4 lb. Semi-fat ground lamb
3-1/2 oz. Grated Kaskeval or white cheddar cheese
1 Chopped onion
1 Handful chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ground coriander seeds
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into small patties. Fry in heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side. Serve at once. Alternate Preparation: Shape the mixture around wooden or metal skewers and grill 3-4 minutes per side.
