Everyone knows that fish offers one of the most important low-fat sources of dietary protein around. Yet, most people think that cooking seafood is a time-consuming, complicated task requiring special techniques. Test the waters at Seafood Fair, and you'll learn that even the beginning cook can be a culinary wizard when it comes to seafood.

A well-presented, easy-to-use archive of seafood recipes, Seafood Fair has amusing graphics and a wealth of seafood information and trivia. For starters, check out the hot and steamy selection of chowders, soups, gumbos and stews. Soup of the Day ranges from Curried Crab and Mushroom Chowder to Halibut Noodle Soup to Oyster, Shrimp, and Chicken Gumbo.
