They've done it again! The folks at AllRecipes.com have come up with another great site, this time for the benefit of vegetarians. Full of tasty selections, Vegetarian Recipe.com will definitely change your mind when it comes to cooking vegetarian.

Recent U.S. surveys have shown an increase in the number of vegetarians and the number of part-time vegetarians (people who eat meatless meals a few times a week) are even greater. Just in time, Vegetarian Recipe.com's online cookbook is here. With daily submissions to their always-growing database of recipes, you'll have more choices than you ever imagined.

 
Planning to include a vegetarian guest for your next dinner and have no clue what to serve? Then, click Guess Who's Coming to Dinner for an introduction to the concepts. If you don't already know, vegetarians refrain from eating any meat products (including broth made with meat and or bones, lard, meat used as a flavoring gelatin, and, in some cases, cheeses made with animal rennet). Vegans refrain from eating all animal products, including dairy products and eggs.

Like its sister sites, Vegetarian Recipe.com is easy-to-navigate with recipes organized alphabetically or by category. Searching by category lets you select from over 20 different types of meals including tofu, grains, and sandwiches and wraps. The tremendous variety lets you sample selections like Tofu Parmigiana, Risotto with Tomato, Corn, and Basil, and Unsloppy Joes.
