If you're looking for some culinary culture, then check out the World in Your Kitchen (WYK) dedicated to presenting the best in ethnic and international cooking.

Stop into the kitchen and you'll find a rich collection of international recipes available with a handy archive search. Using a clickable map of the world, you can virtually connect to the best in cooking around the world.

Click on South America and you'll find highlights of this region's exotic dishes, including the cuisine of the Amazon Basin in Brazil which blends Native and Portuguese flavors using nuts, fruits, and fish.

If you need help putting your international meal together, an index of cooking tips can show you the way with seasoned advice from some of the masters. For those who love to travel but don't have the cash, you'll always be able to find a seat on one of the site's cuisine cyber tours.

Currently, WYK has about a dozen choices that let you sample both the cuisine and culture of various countries. For a culinary adventure, travel to Spain for a typical Spanish meal of Calimari and fried potatoes or stir up a festive Egyptian dessert of bread and butter pudding known as Omm 'Ali.
